We are backed by industry leaders in gemstone jewellery and, almost always, our clients love their purchases. However in case you do not like your order, there are instances where you can return them for a refund.
1. Jewellery that is not custom made, with total order up to 2,000 AUD in value;
2. Loose diamonds and gemstones, with total order up to 2,000 AUD in value.
What we refund
For some items we will refund your original payment, less postage cost. For other items we will refund your original payment less 15% fee (minimum 50AUD). The factory will charge us the 15% fee when we sent the items back. Please check with us before you buy, if this concerns you.
How to return
All products have to be shipped with a tracking number and insurance in new / unused condition (meaning no scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item) with all the original packaging and materials included). If items are not returned in new/unused condition we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.
When and where to return
For all returned items buyer has to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with the address where returned products should be posted/shipped. We must receive your returned item(s) within 14 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 14 days of the date of shipping, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.
Non - Returnable items:
1. Custom made jewellery - regardless of price;
2. Jewellery and loose diamonds & gemstones, with total order over 2,000 AUD.
